I ordered a scarf, which was posted to the wrong address on the 10/02 I have emailed twice since. It’s the 22/02, no reply, not even an acknowledgment email. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.
Thanks for the lovely cushion and your excellent service. Very quick dispatch, ordered late Monday morning was dispatched almost immediately and was received on Wednesday. Will certainly look at buying again.
