Click & Collect Policy
We love welcoming local shoppers! We offer a completely free Click & Collect service from our location in Clitheroe.
Collection Guidelines
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation. Because we are a small family business with limited stockroom storage space, we kindly ask that you collect your items within 4 weeks of receiving your pickup notification.
Uncollected Orders
We know life gets busy! We will contact you numerous times via email or text to remind you that your order is waiting. If an order remains uncollected after 4 weeks and we have been unable to reach you, we will automatically cancel the transaction, issue a full refund back to your original payment method, and return the items to our inventory shelf so other shoppers don't miss out.
