Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Only faulty items can be returned. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@donnasgiftemporium.com. If your return is accepted, we will reimburse the cost of return postage to a maximum value of £3.45 which is the cost of postage purchased online for a small parcel, once we receive the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, mystery boxes, gift cards & jewellery (for hygiene reasons).

Exchanges 
Once the return is accepted, if you'd like to re-order the item please do so at www.donnasgiftemporium.com making a new purchase for the wanted item/items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be issued with store credit or you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

Non-Faulty Goods Return

On the rare occasion a return has been accepted that isn't faulty. Please note an  8% fee will apply to cover the transaction fees we have already incurred when you placed your order. 

For example, if you placed an order to the value of £10, your refund would be £9.20.

We do not receive a refund on transaction costs when we refund you your order. Hence the 8% charge.
