Pre-Order Policy
Some of our most popular items are available for pre-order so you can reserve them before they sell out! Here’s everything you need to know about placing a pre-order.
What is a Pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it arrives with us. This ensures you don’t miss out on limited-run designs. You’ll be charged at checkout, and your order will be ship as soon as the item arrives with us. Estimated delivery time will be stated in the items description. Please note that pre-order timelines are based on supplier estimates and may shift slightly due to unforeseen delays (we’ll always keep you updated if this happens!).
Mixed Orders (Pre-order + In Stock Items)
If your cart contains both in stock and pre-order items, our clever check out will automatically work out the shipping cost for you so all in stock items can be sent straight away and the pre-order items sent at a later date, as soon as they arrive with us.
Changes & Cancellations
Pre-orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to our cancellations policy. After that, we begin processing inventory based on your reservation, and the order becomes final.
