I received a few items all boxed/packaged perfectly. Unfortunately this little cutie arrived with a broken ear (I'm assuming in transit). I messaged them immediately, and they got back straight away with a response to say that it would be replaced 😊 The new bunny arrived a few days later totally unscathed. Excellent customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.......and the bunny is perfect too. I'm sure my daughter will love it!
Thanks for the lovely cushion and your excellent service. Very quick dispatch, ordered late Monday morning was dispatched almost immediately and was received on Wednesday. Will certainly look at buying again.
I’ve had ordered so may cows off this shop I absolutely love them. Donna responds to messages so quickly and lets you know when things are in stock and dispatched. They are always well packaged and amazing quality. wouldn’t order them from anywhere else.
